Ibiza is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts, offering a wide variety of routes that combine nature, history and spectacular views of the Mediterranean<\/strong>. Its rural paths, cliffs, and pine forests provide unique experiences. Each trail has its own charm, from ancient coastal tracks to routes through the rural and mountainous interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most popular is the path leading to the Torre des Savinar<\/strong>, also known as the Pirate Tower. This trail starts from Cala d\u2019Hort and climbs to a viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of the islet of Es Vedr\u00e0<\/strong>, one of the most magical places in Ibiza. The route is short but steep, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. It is ideal to do at sunset, when the sky is painted with warm colours and the islet seems to float above the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another notable route is the one to the<\/strong> Moscarter Lighthouse<\/strong>, located in the north of the island, near Portinatx. This lighthouse is the tallest in the Balearic Islands, and the trail to reach it runs along a rugged and wild coastline. The path is easy and well signposted, allowing hikers to enjoy hidden coves, pine groves, and panoramic sea views. <\/strong>It is a perfect option for a quiet excursion away from the more touristy areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the heart of the island, there is a route connecting Santa Agn\u00e8s with the Pla de Corona<\/strong>, an agricultural landscape filled with almond trees. During the winter, when the almond trees are in bloom, this trail becomes a visual spectacle<\/strong>, with white and pink fields contrasting against the blue sky. The walk is easy and suitable for all, offering a chance to experience the most traditional and rural side of Ibiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sa Talaia route, leading to the highest point on the island at 475 metres above sea level, is perfect for those seeking more physical effort.<\/strong> Starting from Sant Josep, the trail climbs to the summit, from where much of the island can be seen, and on clear days, even Formentera. The route passes through pine forests, providing an atmosphere of calm and connection with nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we must not forget the route of<\/strong> Es Broll de Buscastell<\/strong>, a fertile wetland area in the west of the island. This trail follows ancient Arab irrigation channels and passes through small orchards and natural springs. It is a very picturesque walk, rich in history, ideal for those who wish to discover the greener and lesser-known side of Ibiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
